Informed Choice is delighted to be the headline sponsor for the Cranleigh Literary Festival this year.
This packed literary festival starts on Tuesday 28th February with a Spoken Word Night offering a special showcase of spoken word, poetry and literature.
Other highlights from the festival week include a live screening of Sleeping Beauty from the Royal Opera House (already sold out).
On Friday 3rd March at 8pm, there is live theatre with Chopping Chillies, a mystical tale of love, loss and soul food. This play received five stars from the Edinburgh Guide when it was performed at the Fringe.
There's also an interview with Lindsey Bowden, author of Damn Fine Cherry Pie and Other Recipes from TV's Twin Peaks.
On Saturday 4th March at 8pm, we are joined by author Tania Szabo who will talk about her mother Violette Szabo GC, CdeG, about her missions in occupied France during World War Two.
In addition to these highlights, there is plenty happening during the week to entertain every literary lover.
You can pick up a copy of the festival brochure now from Cranleigh Arts Centre or Informed Choice at 20 High Street, Cranleigh.
For a whole week, starting Tuesday 28th February, until Saturday 4th March 2017, we transform our programme into a literary lover’s dream – and we really do have something for everyone!
